Meet the Team

Jane-Anne has 25 years of clinical experience, from gaining her physiotherapy qualification in Edinburgh, to work in Adelaide and finally settling in Grafton.

Here, she set up her practice, 15 years ago with the aim of taking city levels of skills, service and excellence to regional Australia.

Jane-Anne has a special interest in complex shoulder injuries, cervicogenic headache and dizziness, lumbar spine and hips.

Her passion for physiotherapy and methodical examination to work out what's wrong, underpins her main goal - how to best fix or manage the problem to be your physical best.

Balla studied at the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. Since obtaining his qualifications, he has worked extensively for the Ministry of Health in the Seychelles. Before arriving in Grafton, Balla was the National team physiotherapist for the Seychelles Football Federation in their quest for World Cup qualification. Soccer, the game, its injuries, their treatment and prevention holds an interest bordering on obsession.

Libby Nash is a Senior physiotherapist and has taken on the role of clinical tutor and mentor on our graduate training program. She will pass her knowledge, the wisdom of her clinical experience and special interest in the sacro iliac joint (SIJ). She also teaches Pilates and hydrotherapy classes.

Her career interests include SIJ/pelvic dysfunctions, Paediatrics, lumbar spine and dance physiotherapy.

Erica has completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree in Musculoskeletal Therapy. She has worked in private practice in Brisbane and for the Queensland indoor cricket team.

Erica's professional development includes Pilates, hydrotherapy and care of the cancer patient. Her skill set qualified her selection to the NSW medical team for the Australian Men's Masters Hockey tournament.

In her free time she has fun being an award-winning baker and we're the willing taste test team.

Shelley studied at the University of Sydney and is  participating in the Graduate training programme. Being a local, Grafton Physio + Sport  provided the perfect opportunity for developing her clinical skills back home. Shelley particularly enjoys working with children and people with disabilities and neurological disorders.

When she's not in the clinic she enjoys hiking, exploring some landmark on this awesome green planet.
